You started this business to do the work you love.

Somewhere along the way, it started to feel like you spend most of your time doing everything else.

Hi, I'm Lyn. I help coaches, creatives, therapists, consultants, and solo business owners get out of the backend and back into their zone of genius.

I handle the inbox, the scheduling, the content, the email sequences, the systems, and the moving parts in between, so your business keeps running even when you're not looking at it.

If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place.

  • I know what I need to do. I just don't have time to actually do it.

  • I've been meaning to send that email sequence for weeks. It's still sitting in my drafts.

  • I should be showing up more consistently online but by the time I get to it, I'm already exhausted.

  • I feel like I spend more time managing my business than actually running it.

  • I've tried doing it all myself and it works, until it doesn't.

  • I just need someone who already gets it, without me having to explain everything from scratch.

Here's something worth sitting with.

The work you do with your clients, the sessions, the coaching, the creative output, the ideas that only you can bring into the world, that is where your time actually belongs.

The admin, the content scheduling, the automations, the backend logistics: those things matter, and they need to be done well. But they don't have to be done by you.

When the right support is in place, you get to focus on the work that fills you up. Not because you're delegating mindlessly, but because the person holding the backend actually knows what they're doing.

What Changes When You Have the Right Support

In practical terms, here's what it can look like.

Your inbox is managed. Your content is planned, created, and scheduled. Your email list is nurtured. Your launches have structure. Your systems make sense.

You stop losing things in the cracks. You stop holding everything in your head. You stop feeling like you're always one step behind.

A strategic VA is different from a general assistant. You're not bringing someone in to learn on the job. You're bringing in someone who already understands how service-based businesses work, which platforms do what, how launches are structured, and what needs to happen behind the scenes so the front end looks seamless.

That means less time onboarding. Fewer explanations. And someone who can often see what needs doing before you've thought to ask.

Why a Strategic VA (Not Just a VA)

There's a real difference between someone who completes tasks and someone who understands the bigger picture.

With eight years of experience across coaching, publishing, SEO, wellness, podcasting, fitness, equine assisted learning, and online business, I've worked inside the kind of businesses you're running. I've been part of live launches, email builds, content systems, and backend setups, not just read about them.

That depth of experience means:

  • You don't have to explain what a Flodesk sequence is or how Kajabi works. I already know.

  • You don't have to hold my hand through every task. I can take a brief and run with it.

  • I can spot a gap before it becomes a problem, whether that's a missed follow-up, a funnel that needs tightening, or a system that's creating more work than it saves.

  • When a launch comes around, I know what the backend demands. I've been there.

That's the value of experience across industries: it shows up in the quality of the work and in the time you don't have to spend explaining things.

What It Costs to Keep Doing It Alone

Hiring support is a big decision. I understand that.

And I also want to gently name what it costs to keep going the way you're going.

It's the hours you spend doing things that aren't your work. It's the ideas you haven't acted on because you haven't had the capacity. It's the content you've been meaning to create, the email list you've been meaning to nurture, the systems you've been meaning to set up.

It's also the slower pace of your own growth, because your energy is being used up before you get to the things that actually move the business forward.

There's no pressure here. The right time to get support is whenever it's right for you. But if you've been thinking about it for a while, that's usually a sign worth paying attention to.

Hi there!

I'm Lyn, and I've been working as a virtual assistant for eight years, supporting coaches, creatives, therapists, consultants, and solo business owners across Australia, New Zealand, and the US.

Over the years I've worked inside real business launches, built out email systems, managed social media and Pinterest accounts, supported podcast operations, coordinated teams, and helped founders keep their backend running while they focused on growth.

My approach is calm, organised, and strategic. I'm not here to just tick things off a list. I'm here to make sure the right things are being done, in the right order, with the right tools.

If you're looking for someone who already understands how service-based businesses work and can step into the backend without a long lead-up time, I'd love to connect.
